Translation of Message from the Directress

Dear students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, relatives, and friends:

After two years of absence, the website of Saint Joseph School (Naga City), Inc. has reappeared with a fresh new look, filling us with excitement. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated colleagues who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes. You have set an example of holiness for us all, just like our patron saint, St. Joseph, who silently guarded Mary and Jesus throughout his life.

The establishment of the website will help bridge the distance between us, allowing everyone to stay updated on the school’s latest developments, understand its goals and direction, and foster closer connections within our community. This initiative also aligns with the universal church’s call to unity.

The school has implemented several major initiatives this school year:

1. Basketball Court Renovation: During the summer vacation, the General Affairs Office and alumni engineers worked tirelessly. Finally, on the first day of school, the two newly renovated basketball courts opened their arms to welcome students.
2. PAASCU Accreditation: The school has boldly embraced the challenge of PAASCU Accreditation. Since December of last year, we have been continuously conducting self-evaluation and assessment meetings in hopes of successfully passing the first level of accreditation.
3. Re-accreditation from the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC): This marks the third time our school is undergoing re-accreditation. We are making every effort to ensure a smooth process, ultimately benefiting both students and teachers.
4. 65th Anniversary Celebration: Our school’s anniversary is a time to honor our founding fathers, retired faculty and staff, and graduating alumni. It is also an opportunity to build upon our legacy, look forward to the future, and create new milestones. Let us anticipate the wonderful activities ahead.
