Grade 11 Students Take Action: Tree Planting for a Greener Future

As part of their Christian Living Education (CLE) culminating task, the Grade 11 students of Saint Joseph School (Naga City), Inc. took part in a tree-planting activity outside the school grounds. Led by Mr. Jerome Berja, with the support of other teachers, this initiative encouraged students to actively care for God’s creation and contribute to a greener future for their community.

Working together, the students planted tree saplings in a designated area, reflecting on their roles as stewards of nature. The activity allowed them to embrace the Christian values of service, responsibility, and gratitude for the earth’s resources.

Beyond being an environmental effort, the tree-planting activity was a meaningful act of faith, demonstrating how even small actions can create a lasting impact. As these trees grow, they will serve as a living testament to the students’ dedication to sustainability and their commitment to preserving God’s creation for future generations.
